     This tool is being introduced in the second quarter of 2010.  It is a confidentially administered web deployed tool.  The diagnostic has already been used with success and is being modified to include additional question sets to determine capabilities for functioning in the dynamic and often chaotic environment businesses experience today.  This tool is targeted with business who employ a minimum of 300 people and works best in large scale organizations with many locations, yet similar functions.
